The Doc’s Christmas Miracle

Dr. Mark Moore is invited to a little known clinic, the Sam Heard Clinic for Dementia, in Crescent Hill, California. It’s Christmas Eve and the clinic is facing a crisis. The director read about Dr. Moore’s Alzheimer’s machine and although it got mixed reviews, it looks like the kind of research that could get the clinic out of the red and back into the black.

When Dr. Moore arrives he finds Dr. Fielding, his recruiter has been killed in a boating accident. The new chief is doubtful about Mark’s abilities to lessen Alzheimer’s symptoms and his main adversary, Dr. Susan Pace doesn’t like machines. She thinks talk therapy is the way to go. After uncovering the burned out barn in the back of the clinic that was supposed to be an out-patient clinic is really an arson job, the two doctors find themselves in the middle of solving the mystery, especially since the new chief might be right in the middle of a murder. While working together, the two doctors find themselves torn between saving lives and reopening old wounds.

As patients flood in and a snowstorm traps them inside, they solve the mystery while finding themselves in love. Now the memory machine that restores memory becomes their only hope for survival. Love, healing, and redemption intertwine in this luminous holiday romance, reminding them — and the whole town — that miracles still happen at Christmas.
